Bunker made her long Journey Home!
Bunker made it home from Iraq this past week. Many thanks to Tamara and her daugther Courtney for greeting and clearing customs with her and making sure she was put on to her connecting flight for home. Smooth Sailing...no heat worries and off she went.
Another round of Airport Angels! Thank you Tamara & Courtney!

Photos:
Bunker gets some loving from Courtney while waiting for her plane.

Hanging out in the AC of Tamara's car.

More loving from Courtney - she insisted that Bunker memorize her cell phone so she could call her on her way home :-)
K9 Teams & Veterinary Techs
Visit out K9 support page and enjoy some photos of K9 Teams and Vet Technicians doing what they do best!

Thank you to all who stepped forward to adopt a Team and the Techs who keep their tails wagging! 2 dozen bottles of Oatmeal shampoo was shipped last week to help the K9's keep their coats and skin in good shape. Doggles (googles) are in route and some canine cooling beds, Kongs, Tug Toys, treats and a few other goodies.
Mascots & their Soldiers
A note of thanks from Blue & Gracie's Soldier:
I received your care packages for the dogs yesterday and gave them to N. Thank you so much, he was very grateful and wanted me to thank you on his behalf also. I'm so glad there are people like you in the world who realize how important something like this is to our morale over here.

We have nothing to complain about after viewing these photos of the tempertures our Troops are enduring! Think of them dressed in full gear working in this heat. One photo is in the shade and one standing in the sun.
Thank you to Joy from Operation M.A.L.E. for passing along these photos. http://www.opmalestar.com
