Hero At Home CD.....
Hero At Home Released To Radio And Video Outlets

Nashville, TN Plateau Music, announces the national release of the debut single from Tennessee native April Taylor. The song Hero At Home is a moving testament to all those who are left behind to care for the families and homes of the soldiers who are so often called away to put their lives on the line for our country.

Written by Sandi Kight, Charles Kight and Paul Harbin, the song and its message have a special connection for Taylor. My mother's father was deployed to Korea and left my grandmother at home with 4 small children. She has told me so many stories of the struggles she went through while he was away. I also have a really good friend whose husband is in Iraq now. He has been gone for over a year. When she talks about her life and about her three small children at home, I hear the same struggles that my grandmother went through. When I first heard the song, I immediately thought of their lives and I wanted others to know how they felt, and to understand their hardships, their sacrifices.

April Taylor and Plateau Music have announced that 20% of the gross sale of direct Internet purchases of "Hero at Home" CD's will be donated to charities benefiting military families.

Soldier's Dog Needs Foster Home

Phoebe is located in - Okinawan, Japan. 7 year old brindle purebred, female Boxer. She is in URGENT need of a foster or adoptive home. Her owner has orders to leave immediately – Oct 4th - for over a year and must give her up. He had no time to search out a home for her. He has raised her from a pup, she is spayed, shots up to date, had obedience training, is docile, has lived with small children knows many commands, is gentle and affectionate. She loves leash walking. She is a calm, relaxed girl that does not demand the attention a much younger dog would. She simply likes to sleep, eat and have a walk once in a while. Will someone open their hearts and their home, just a space on the floor for her bed??
